Shed unwanted weight with a country stroll

DOG owners can make amends for their festive feasting by taking part in a fund-raising country stroll for St Clare Hospice.

Calling all dog walkers

On Sunday January 29, the charity is inviting families and their canine companions to burn off the mince pies with a 5km (3.1mi) amble around the countryside near its Hastingwood hospice.

When they return, the walkers will be given a well-earned cup of soup and a hot drink. There will be free dog treats plus prizes for the best dog and the owners’ best wellies.
