A BEAUTY and holistic therapist from Sawbridgeworth is hoping at least 200 people will join her for a two-hour fund-raising Zumbathon at the Manor of Groves Hotel a week on Sunday (Feb 5).

Pauly Chaplin, of The Crest, has teamed up with Zumba instructor Nikki Bentley to raise money for two local cancer charities: the Fabulous and Beautiful (FAB) programme, which supports women living with the disease, and the breast cancer clinical trials unit at Harlow’s Princess Alexandra and Epping’s St Margaret’s hospitals.

The mum-of-three volunteers at FAB once a month, giving patients manicures, pedicures and make-up demonstrations, and runs a reflexology clinic at St Margaret’s.

In her spare time she loves going to Nikki’s popular Latin dance-inspired exercise class at Mark Hall School in Harlow. “We’re always trying to raise money for the breast unit and FAB and I thought this was a really fun way of doing it,” she said. The Zumbathon is being held at the Manor of Groves in High Wych from 10am to midday. Nikki is offering anyone who attends a free session at any of her classes when they register at www.zumbaharlow.co.uk. For tickets, call Pauly on 07970 549988.
