IF you are having problems viewing a video on our website, the following information may be of assistance:
1) I can't see a video In order to view the video you must be using Internet Explorer 6+ and Windows Media Player 7+.
If you are using a different web browser, such as Firefox, there may be a compatible plug-in available - search the internet for a plug-in capable of playing "Windows Media Video" files.
If you use a Quicktime player to watch videos, you can download Windows Media components for it by clicking here.
If you are confident that your web browser is capable of playing video files but you are still experiencing issues where playback does not start, you may try the following:
If the video will not play, first attempt to reload the page by using the reload or refresh button on your browser.
If you are still unable to play the video, you can close your browser (close the whole window, and restart the browser) and reopen the page.
2) The video keeps stopping and saying "Buffering..." The video is designed to be viewed from a high bandwidth broadband connection. If it is unable to stream smoothly your connection may be congested.
Alternatively you may pause the video for a short time to give it time to complete buffering before attempting to play it again.
If the video is still not playing smoothly then it may be worth trying again later.
