A COOKBOOK simmering with tasty treats was just one ingredient in the success of Little Hadham Primary’s Christmas bazaar.

All the children submitted their favourite recipes to make a mouth-watering delight which was sold to help boost funds.
Other highlights at Sunday’s event was a decorated jam jar competition with attracted some 50 entries, Santa’s grotto, the school choir singing carols by the Christmas tree, plus festive stalls and sideshows.
The bazaar, organised by the school’s friends group, drew in some 120 visitors and raised about £2,600. The money will be used towards buying playground equipment.
Committee member Lisa Syer said: “It was very well supported and we had lots of help from parents of children in the school.”
