SOME 120 old folk from nursing homes, churches and sheltered accommodation in Bishop's Stortford will be treated to a tea party organised by local funeral director Daniel Robinson and Sons tomorrow (Tuesday, July 30).

Three of the company's limousines will be laid on to chauffeur guests who do not have their own transport to and from the free event at the Rhodes centre in South Road.

They will then sit down to a traditional afternoon tea offering a delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes, with entertainment provided by the Stansted U3A singers. Afterwards, there will be a sing-a-long and dancing.

Daniel Robinson staff will be dressed in traditional Edwardian costumes for the occasion and attendees are invited to come along in their best hat. Prizes will be handed out for the best.
