FORMER England internation Keiron Dyer got his career back on track with a five-star show as West Ham reserves beat Stoke City 5-2 at Bishop's Stortford FC on Tuesday.
"Obviously I need the run out and it was good especially for young lads having an experienced player like myself out there," he told the West Ham website afterwards.
Dyer struck twice.
Frank Nouble and Danny Kearns also netted in the barclays Reserve South League.
