THE theme for April is ‘Colour’. Spring seems to be officially with us once again so go out doors and find the most dazzling and vibrant colours available.
It’s still a little early to expect Mother Nature to furnish us with the full colour spectrum but buildings, shops, signs, cars, children’s toys laying about the garden all make up our colour pallet.
Think about past themes, especially ‘Abstract’. Go in close and fill the frame.
Some colours work well together while others like 50 per cent red and 50 per cent green would clash horribly as they are on opposite ends of the colour scale. But it would still trigger an emotional response so go out there and dazzle us!
