THIS month's theme is ‘Something New' - which should contrast well with last month's theme.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be a new object. It could be someone starting up a new business where there’s refurbishment going on, or maybe a new relationship between people or pets.

Try to come up with something refreshing and create inspiring shots. Give lots of consideration to the general lighting and the position between you and the subject.

The winner will be selected by Catchlight Photography. If you’d like to learn more about photography with their ‘One to One Personal Workshops’ visit http://www.catchlighphotographers.co.uk/ and go to ‘Photography Workshops’.

The closing date for entries in the end of August.  The winner will be announced in the Observer.

Send your entry in using the form below, making sure you fill in every field. NO MORE THAN FIVE PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE PUBLISHED FROM ANY ONE PERSON PER MONTH
